IZOPRESS Pro 1K-33 is a professional pneumatic piston pump for injection, mounted on a practical two-wheeled trolley, which facilitates work on sites.
It is a high-pressure device with a maximum pressure of 260 bar, designed for pumping all types of injection resins – polyurethane, epoxy and, in some cases, acrylic.
The pump operates without generating heat, so the material is not heated and retains a stable setting time. In addition, the characteristic sound of the piston allows the operator to monitor the injection process on an ongoing basis.
Compared to diaphragm pumps, the IZOPRESS Pro 1K-33 model allows the delivery of resins with higher viscosity.
The design of the device is free of electronic components, which minimises the risk of failure during construction work and facilitates servicing.
Its low weight and compact size ensure ease of use, and the power supply from a small compressor allows it to be used for cleaning holes for packers.
Key parts of the pump, such as the piston and stainless steel base, allow it to work with acrylic resins in some applications.
The device is equipped with a professional set of IZOPRESS SealPro CTP seals made of high-quality materials – carbon, PTFE (Teflon) and PU (polyurethane), which ensures wear resistance and reliable operation.
At the front, on the pump frame, there is space for a canister of Izopress Cleaner or a pack of packers. The opening between the pump and the hopper (6 L) is used to attach a reducer for a small hopper or can be used to store the injection gun during breaks in work.
Depending on your needs, the pump can be additionally equipped with a valve or injection gun and supply hoses up to 20 metres long.
