The IZOPRESS Pro 2K-25 is a modern, 2-component, pneumatic piston pump. It is equipped with a mixing head and a set of hoses.
It was developed in collaboration between the WIWA and IZOPRESS brands, drawing on our collective long-term experience.
The pump is dedicated for pumping injection resins with short setting times.
The fixed mixing ratio of the components is 1:1.
In the pump used IZOPRESS SealPro CTP universal seals and it can be used with all injection resins available on the market.
Application:
The pump is suitable for use with acrylic, polyurethane and silicate resins for the following types of work:
– filling expansion joints
– structural injections
– curtain injection
– working joints
– soil/ground stabilization
– floor lifting

– a modernised pneumatic motor;
– a more convenient arrangement of the flushing pump;

Possibility to upgrade the pump with a computer control system or a mechanical performance measurement system and an air preparation unit.
